Returns
Appointment Cancellation
Due to the nature of being "pre-loved," all sales will be final sale, much like regular bridal stores. If you'd like to consign your purchased gown with us we would be happy to discuss.
All appointment cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or will be subject to $25 penalty. Please let us know if you can't make it and need to reschedule! Our time is valuable, and cancelling last minute wastes an appointment.
Dress Holds
If you would like us to hold a dress, we charge a non-refundable deposit. Dress payment must be made in full within 14 days, unless otherwise discussed. Failure to pay will result in a lost deposit, and the dress will return to the floor. Your dress must also be picked up within a week of final payment.
